“Mercury” is a 2018 grey gelding, who retired after 22 starts due to a sesamoid fracture. He came to us very underweight and subdued. He spent some time in stall rest to heal his fracture and was treated for ulcers to help heal his gut to promote weight gain. He is a sweet and gentle horse who is slowly coming out of his shell. In January 2025, he started retraining and is such a joy to work with.
